By accessing or using https://access.akiru.online ("the Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

Access is granted through a centralized SSO system. You are responsible for:

• —Maintaining the confidentiality of your session and server base token
• —All activities that occur under your account
• —Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• —Ensuring only legitimate Free Fire access tokens are registered

The Platform is provided exclusively for the management of Free Fire game session tokens. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

• —Use the Platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• —Use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform without authorization
• —Register access tokens belonging to accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage
• —Attempt to circumvent authentication or security mechanisms
• —Share your account credentials or server base token with unauthorized parties
• —Use the Platform for any purpose that could harm third parties

All access tokens registered on the Platform are subject to an automatic 8-hour session expiry from the time they are brought online. Only one token may be active per account at any given time. This constraint is enforced at the database level and cannot be circumvented. Expired or deleted tokens are permanently removed from the backend system.

We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. The Platform may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

All software, design, branding, and content of the Platform is the property of the Platform operators and contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform operators and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.
